– Trustees Annual report Friends of Omagh High School Financial year ending 30/8/19

As a registered charity, I enclose below the trustees annual report for the Friends of Omagh High School detailing our activities for account year 01[st] September 2018 to 30[th] August 2019.

We had a quiet year due to a sudden bereavement of one of our valued committee members with our only fundraising income from a fire side quiz achieving £344.00. We also received a grant from Dalradian Gold for £500 and Asda tokens £200.

Schools fees paid this year £5450 and Rachel completed HMRC gift aid claim receiving £777.53 (a slight increase from last year).

We continued supporting our school with the maintenance/PSV/TAX etc for the school mini bus £779.60

We also paid a deposit of £819.99 to Pedalents Limited which is a deposit for our main fundraiser which we plan to hold next 13/2/20. This is a cycling cinema.

Our total income - starting with an opening balance £3807.20 and total income £11078.73

Total Expenditure was £11078.73 leaving £3924.14 closing balance.
