Border Projects, Outreach ainics across the County for the Clear Project focusing on

The service facilitated 20 Outreach ainics across the County and took part in numerous
talks in partnership with or8anisattons such as Fermanagh and Omagh District Coundl,

The charity aims to ensure that liquid funds hdd at any p)int In time are sufficient to cover

At the year-end date, the charitVs reconciled bank balance (on current accounts) was £22,896. Total
expenditure forthe year was £253.776 lexduding depreaationl. The charity, thefefore, held fvnds
equivalent to just under 33 da￿ of orsgoing operating costs lex¢ludirt8 depreciationl- The level of
liouid funds held is SiEnthcantly lower than planned. The direttors are satisfied that this matter will
be rertified in the next financial year.

There are no significant chan8es planned for the forthcomiry financial year. The directors will
contlnue to govern the company in line with the ¢onstltution in order to achieve the objectives noted
above.

The trustees. who are also the dSrectors of the company. are responsible for preparing the Annual
Report and the financial statements in accordance with applicable law and regulation
Company law requires the trustees to prepare financial ststements for each financial year. Under
that law the trustees have elerted to prepare the financial ststernÈnts in accordance wth United
Kingdom Generally Accepted Accounting Practice (United Kingdom Actounting Standards and
applicable lawl. The financial ststements are required by law to give a true and fair ￿eW of the state
of affairs of the company and of the profft or loss of the c¢)mpany forthat period. In preparing these
financial ststements. the trustees are required to:
select suitsble accounting policies and then apply them consistently-
make jud8ements and estimates that are reasonable and prudent; P￿pare the finanaal
statements on the 80ing concem basis unless it is inappropriate to
