Alexander Bright Memorial Fund (the Fund) of the Non-subscribing
Presbyterian Church of Ireland
I repjrt on the accounts of the Fund for the year ended 31 tkcember 2017
which comprise an Income & Expenditure Account and a Balance Sh￿t Ix)th
of which the Honorary Treasurer armd I have sign&J and dated.
Respective responsibilities of the Charity Trustees and the Examiner
s the tharity trustees you are resp)rsible for the preparation of the accounts
in accordance wlth the Charities Act (Northern ]￿land) 2008.
It is my responsibilty to:
Examine the accounts under ￿tIOn 65 of the Chartties Art
Follow the procedures laid down in the general directions given by the
Commission under sectFon 65(9)(b) of the Charitres Att
stste whether particular matters have come to my attention
Basis of the Independent Examinerfs Report
I have examined your charity accounts as required under section 65 of the
Charities Act and my exarnination was carried out in accordance with the
general directions given by the Charity Commission for Northem Ireland
under section 65(9)(b) of ￿ Charities Act.
My examination induded a reliew of the accounting records kept by the
charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It
also included consideration of any unusual items or disdosures in the
accounts, and seekiro explanations from you as charity trustees con￿MIng
any such matters.
My role is to state whether any material Matters have come to my attention
giving me cause to believe:

2. That the accounts do not accord w.th ttK)se accounting records

3. That the accounts do not comply with the accounting requirements of the
Charities Act
4. That there is further information needed for a proper understsnding of the
accounts to be reached.
