The charity's Inistees are responsibl¢ for the preparation of the accounts. The charity'5 trustees consider

21)08 (Ihe Charities Act) and that an independenl examination is n¢¢ded. The charity is pr¢paring ac¢rnal
a¢¢ounts and l am qualifi¢d to undertoke the examination by being a qualified member of Chartered
Accountants Ireland.
It is my responsibility to:
exarnine the accounts under section 65 of the Charities Act (North¢rn Ireland) 2008 and under

follow tl)e procedu￿$ luid down by the general Directions given by the Charity Commission
for Northern Ireland under section 65(9Xb) of th¢ ChaTiti¢$ A¢1 (North¢rn Ireland) 2008; and

BASIS OF INDEPENDENT EXAMtNERYS REPORT
My examin?lion was carried out in accordan￿ with the gtnernl Di￿110Ths given ty the Charity
Commissioft for Northern Ireland. An examination includes a review of th¢ a¢wunting records k¢pt by
the charity and a comparison of th¢ a￿OUnts pr¢sentsd with those re¢ords. It also includes considerntion
of any unusual items or dis¢10sur¢s in the accounts. and seeking explanations from you as IT￿t¢¢3
concerning any such matt¢rs. Th¢ procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be
required in an audit and cons¢quently no opinion is 8iv¢n as to whether the aecounts present a'lrue and
