Assets retslned for City of Newry University of the Third Age are for Its own use, comprise of used IT/office equipment with little value. No depreclation has been provided on these items as the current estimated value is less than that of thelr remalnlng useful life. City of Newry University of the Third Age therefore owns nothing of substsntial value.
