Achievements and Pertrormance.
With dem•nd for servites retuming to levels similar to that prn)r to the COVIO-19 pandemic. the
company was able co meet these demands through a nurnberof programffles including the
ompletion of a deep sea fishing programme. During this period approximately 1644 individual
people avalled of ihe servlces offered via a broad number of organisations from a¢ross N.Ireland.

Financial Review:
The abridged balance sheet as at 28 February 2025 indicated a Surplus of £23.770 with an
accumulated furKI of ￿7.724 with a reserve of unre5trtcted furwjs of £27.724
The board rèalise that ihe reserve level is at an insuffioent level and that all efftjrts must be made
to ensure that an adequate level of reserves ￿ maintained at all times.
Summary..
Despite challengtng economic conditions along with increased demand for services the Company
CDmpleted all proBramme5 of delivery whi15t Te5torinBfinancial TeservestDthe TequiTed level in
actordan¢e with the ￿mpan￿5 reserves polity.
The trustees during this perrod had regard to the Cornmtssion's Publtt Benefft Requrrement.
Goin8 Concerns:
Mobile phone usage is an inryeasing concern. particukdy relation to young people and the impact
such usage is having on their ment31 hearth and subsequent interaction with the oldergeneration.
More so now than ever, the mental hearth beneffts of angling is becoming more evident. An8lin8
First will continue to deliver at ifs full capacity whilst remaintng financially sustainable
