During the Financial Year to April 2024 the Cliarity Committee decided that with the
Tising costs of electric, water. telephone and beating we would reduce the hours the
Shop would open during the Winter.
We continued where and when po&8ible. to work with a small bank of dedicated
Volunteers. This year we accommodated the local School with pupils who wtshed to
learn retsil skills. With recycling donations from the publRc and of course their custom
we were able to assist those in nee41
We helped those in need in the area with food for their animals. and help with
individual pet spaying. injections and minor trealments. During the year to we gave
donations to the Area Vets Group for pet5 in need when the owners were unable to
fmance the welfare of their anin￿lS. We also paid for MIcr￿bIpplng and licencing to
the CouThGil Pounds for the release of dogs back to their owners. Various animal
welfare charities in the surrounding ar￿ also benefitte(I
