## Activities

**Purposes:** The Objects are to:  2.1.  Promote and spread the Reformed Christian faith in accordance with the Holy Scriptures, the rule of our faith and practice.  This is to be undertaken through engagement with our members and the general  public, expressing the precepts of the Reformed Christian faith and the advantages that may be derived for society from the adoption of a Biblical moral framework which encourages people to be good citizens, including but not limited to:  (a)  Holding a service of public worship at our public processions and on a regular and frequent basis;  (b)  studying the Holy Scriptures to increase knowledge of the Reformed faith in order to understand the Christian Faith, to demonstrate its relevance in today's society and to extend its influence and development throughout the world; and  (c)  to engage in and support the work of evangelism in sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ and the message of the Cross.  2.2.  Encourage and collaborate to develop social and responsible citizenship in order to maintain and enhance greater and higher standards of Justice, Truth, Honesty and Integrity in both private and public life, including but not limited to:  (a)  promoting Christian and charitable outreach both at home and abroad, allowing members the opportunity to demonstrate their personal faith in Jesus Christ, their commitment to regular Christian worship and all aspects of charitable living;  (b)  encouraging voluntary and community activity in wider socety; and  (c) providing practical, emotional and spiritual support to members and the wider community.  2.3  Promote culture and heritage whcih enshrines civil and religious liberty for all, through processions, re-enactments and promotion of musical tradition and exhibitions.
