Structure, governance and management
The Group is a charitable company, limited by guarantee, incorporated on 9th July 2009. The company was
established under a Memorandum of Association, which established the objectives and powers of the
charitable company and is govemed under its Articles of Association. In the event of the company being
wound up members are required to contribute an amountnotex￿edlng £1.
The trustees ofthe charity, who are directors. a￿ detailed on page 1.
Objectives and activities
The charity operates a child care seN1￿f0r the local community.
Achievements and performance
The results of the year are contained in thefinancial statements.
