Basis of Independent examlnerf5 report
My examinatlon was carried out In accordance wlth the general Dlrertions given bythe Charlty Commisslon for Northern
Ireland undersection 65191{b} of the Charitbes Act. My examlnation includes a revlew of the accounting records kept bythe
charty and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual Items
or dlsclosures in the accounts, and seeklng explanations from you as tnjstees concemlng any such matters. The
Pro￿dureS undertaken do not provide all the eviderbce that would be requlred in an audlt and consequently no oplnlon is
gfven as to whetherthe accounts present a'true and fair viebrf and the report is limlted to those matter5 set out In the next
statement.
