**Purposes:** To promote the health, welfare, care, mental and physical well-being of deaf/Deaf children living in Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Council.  Newry, Mourne and Down District Council areas by providing: •	Recreational and leisure time activities and organising events for such children, family members and carers. •	Access resources, practical advice and general family support •	Opportunities to network, find mutual support and encouragement
