As the charity trustees you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts In accordance
with the Charitles Act {Northern Ireland) 21XIB. It is my responsibility to:
examlne the accounts under sectlon 65 of the Charlties Act
2. follow the procedures laid down in the general Directions given by the Charity
CommI￿lOn fof Northem Ireland urKlef sertlon 6519)Ib) of the Charlties Act
state ¥thether particular matters have come to my attention.
Basis of examiner's statement
I have examined your charity accounts as required under section 65 of the Charitles Act and
my examlnatlon was caffled out in accordance with the general Dlrections glven by the Charity
Commission for Northern Ireland undef sertion 6519I{b> of the Charlties Act. The emamination
included a revlew ol the accounting records kept by the charlty and a comparlson of the
accounts presented with those records. It also included c¢)nsideration ol any unusual iterns or
disclosures in the accounts and seeklng explanations from you as charlty trustees conceming
any such matters.
My role Is to state whether ary material matters have come to my attention 8lviw me cause to
