2. The Purpose of Charity:

The prevention and relief of poverty for those In need by reason of youth, age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage. This is done through fund-raising activities and receipt of donations, which allows the charity to respond to requests from Missionaries in overseas and developing countries. Such requests cover such areas as relief of poverty, religious activities, education/training, medical/health, community transport, economic development, accommodation/housing, community development and general charitable purposes.
