Reporting Stsndard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland (Linited Kingdom Generally Accepted
Accounting Practice).
In our opinion ihe financial statements:
give a true and fair view of the state of the charitN's affairs as ai 31 March 2024 and of its incoming
resources and application of resources. including its income and expendiiure. for the y.ear then ended-

Basis for opinion
We conducted our audil in aCL0rd￿Ce with International Siandards on Auditing (UK) {ISAs (UK)) and
applicable law. Our responsibilities under those slandards are fvrther described in Ihe audito￿5
responsibililies for the audii of the financial statements section of our repon. Wc are independcnl of the
charit). in accordance with the eihical requiremen￿ that are relevant to our audii of ihe financial ststements
in the UK. including the FRC'S Eihical Siandard. and the provisions available for small entities, in the
eircumstsnces sel oui below, and we have fulfilled our other eihical responsibilities in accordance with these
requiremenis. We believe that the audit evidence we have obtained is su￿1cle￿t and appropriate to provide a
b&sis for our opinion.
In auditing these financial siatements ￿e have applied ihe""Eihical Standard- Provisions A vailable for Small
Entities" issued by the Financial Reporting Council. in the circumstances set out in note 25 10 the financial
slatements.
Conclusions relating to going concern
In atsdiling the financial slatements, we have concluded that the trustees, use of the gotng concern basis of
accounling in the preparalion of ihe financial STalemenis is appropriaie.
