Subject Independent examination of Accounts
for Financial Year 1.8.2024 - 31.7.2025
| confirm that | have carried out a random selection of the invoices issued and paid and have found all entries selected to be correct and that the Bank accounts reconciled with the transactions made throughout the 2024-2025 financial year
| have also carried out a reconciliation of the bank account against your “Raw Data” spreadsheet and again have found that these agree with your reconciliations.
As we have discussed| feel that there are some errors in the cells of your “Structured Accounts” spreadsheet and there were at least 3 x entries which did not reconcile with the Raw Accounts spreadsheet, however that did not impact on the correctness of the reconciliation of the accounts which as stated previously was correct. | recommend that you check the formatting of all the spreadsheets if using the same format next year.
| also recommend that the Young Beekeepers accounts are included next year within the accounts, unless there is a genuine reason not to do so.
