The charity's wlicy is to retain a level of free reserves. which matches the needs of the OTgariisation botli at
the curreni time and in the foteseeable future. The chariiy has developed a plan to establish and maintain this
agreed level of free reserves. The charity will coniinue to Inonitor compliance witli this policy on a regular
basi5 and the Board will review the appropriaten￿$ of the policy annva]ly.
FUTURE PLANS
T2r Anall envision that in the ¢otning year it will continue io work in partnership with DFC io deliver work
based training programmes. and to coniinue to develop partnership with organisations" whom can generate
opportunities. both within pre- employmenl training and employment optM)rtunitie5. for those long terni
unemployed.
Through a range of programmes and activities we hope to continue to meet the needs of our target groups
and the wider ¢ommunity. We aim to provide much needed support 5erYices to marginalised and hard to
reach people and the most vulnernble of our community.
We have been successful in securing fijnding for 2021- 2022 from DFC which enables Tar Anall lo continue
to provide eTnploytnent and deliver the much. needed services for both Ttaining and E(lu¢ation prograinme5
also Health Priorities in the fomi of Family SupFKJrt. We have secured funding fn)m BCC which assists with
running cost for the period 2021- 2022.
We have also secuTed funding from The Executive Office for 2021 -2022 for Communities in Transition
Programme which will enable us to enable ex- political prisoner5 to gain employment.

Governance of the Charity
Durlng the period under review the directors met monthly. Trust¢&dir￿lOrs are appointed by nominations
made in writing by any existing director. At the Generdl Meeting nominawl directors are appointed by
election.
