As the Charity Trustees you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts with the

As Independent Examiner it Is my responsibility to:
11 Examine the accounts under section 65 of the Charities Act
21 Follow the procedure5 laid down in the General Dlrectlons glven by the Commisslon
under Section 6519llbl of the Charities Act

Basis of this Independent Examinerfs Report-
I have examined your charity accounts as required under Settion 65 of the Charltles Art and
my examlnation wa5 carrled out in accordance with the General Dlrettions given by the
Charity Commission for Northern Ireland under Section 6519llb) of the Charlties Att.
My examination included a rewew of the accountln8 records kept by the charlty and a
comparlson of the accounts presented with those records. It also included consideration of
any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts, seekin8 explanation from the Charity
Trustees concernin8 any such matters, If such matters arose.

believe:
