I report on the account5 of the Trust for the year ending 31%t March 2017, as set out in the
statement of accounts for this period.
Respective Responsibilities of Charity Trustees and the Examiner-
As the Charity Trustees you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts with the
Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2(N)8
As Independent Examiner it is my responsibility to:
11 Examlne the accounts under sectlon 65 of the Charlties Act
21 Follow the procedures lald down in the General Directions 8iven by the Commlsslon
under Section 65191(b} of the Charities Art
31 State whether particular matters have come to my attention
Basis of this Independent Examinerfs Report-
have examined your charity accounts as required undersection 65 of the Charities Act and
my examination was carried out in accordance with the General Directions wven by the
Charity Commlssion for Northern Ireland under Section 651911b) of the Charities Att.
My examination included a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a
comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also included consideration of
any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts. seekin8 explanation from the Charlty
Trustees concernin8 any such matters, ifsuch matters arose.
My role is to state if any material rnatters have come to my attention giving me cause to
believe:
11 that the accounting records were not kept in accordance with Section 63 of the Charities
Art
21 that the accounts do not accord with the accounting records
31 that the accounts do not comply wlth the accounting requirements of the Charitles Art
41 that there 15 further information needed for a proper understanding of the accounts to be
reached

Independent Examinerfs Statement-
I have completed my examination and I have no concems in respert of the matters111 to141
listed in the dause above, nor in connection with following the l)irections of the Charity
Commission for Northern Ireland. I have found no matters that require me to draw them to
you, the Trustees, attention.
