(2) To provide education and training in the knowledge and skills pertinent to the establishment and management of Credit Unions in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. (3) To provide services, advice and information to assist the establishment and development of Credit Unions in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
