INDEPENDENT EXATrrtNER'S REPORT TO TAE TRUSTEES
I report on the accounts of the for tbe year endal 5 April 2024. which are set out on pages 7 and 8.
Respeetivt responsibilities of trustees and examiner
The charity's trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts. The Ch￿ity's tNstees consider
tbat an audit is not required for this year under section 65(3) of the ChaTities Act (ND 2008 and that an
independent examination is needoa. The charity is preparing ￿P accounts and I am qualified to undertake
the examination by re&son of my &Ywienc4 as Treasur￿ of local Boys, Brigade company for several
ye&r4 in preparing R&P a¢LX)unts.
It is my responstbility to:
examine the accounts under section 65 of the Cl)arities Act (ND 2008 and to follow procedures laid down
in the general directions gÈven by the Charity Commission Und￿ section 67 of the 2008 Act. and to state
whether particular matters have C￿Me to my attentio
Basis of iodependent examiner's report
My examination was Carri￿ out in accordancL with the general directions given by the Charity
CommissiotL An examination includes a review of the accountin8 records kept by the charity and a
cornparison of the accounts presented wth those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual
items or disclosures in the accounts and seekin8 explanations from you as t￿￿8 concerning any such
matters. The proc&Jures undertaken do Dot provide all the evidence that would be ￿uIr￿ in an audit and
consequently no opinion is given as kn whether the acrounts present a 'true and fair view, and the Teport is
limitoj to those matters set out in the statement Etlow.
