Minutes of previous AGW were read and a￿e¢d.
Election of officers . Ann proposd that all officers retain their EK)sitions for another year.
Seconded by Deirdre Eastwood and a￿d unarirnously.
Trustees . All TThLst￿S to ranain in position for another year. Proposed by Allister Michael &
second¢d Dorcen and a￿d unanimously.
Chair: Thanked all Trustea8, committee Enembws volunteers & staff for their contribution
throughout the y¢ar. She also thankeAI funders & general public for their support both
financially & through attendance at events run by the club.
Chair acknowledgal that Superstars membership continues to grow & the importance of us
sustaining this provision for people with learning disabilities throughout the Mid Ulster
district & beyond.
All in all w¢ k¢pt going to the maximum of our capabilities within the regulations and we can
feel proud that we have been able to support so many pcople with learning difficulties during
very tying times.
We have now signed a contract with the Northern Health & Social Care T￿￿t to provide a
Sp￿lfied number of placements in day and evening provisioL This is now an important step
in ensuring the longevity of our provisio
Negotiations are ongoing with the SHSCT regarding a rThtribution for services used by
members from that are&
