AGM report- by S Mccool (Chairperson 21122)
Firstly 8 huge thank you to all involved in the 202112022 PTAFA for a tremendous year. A profit of
over £11,000 pounds. Itjust proves you don't need a lot of people to make a massive difference.
Although we had a challenging and uncertain start to the school year in September 21 a small
group of determined and helpful people made It into a productive few months. I couldn't
continue without mentioning Carly's amazing abilityto hunt out and get grants. This was truly
fantastic, so thank you.
Any taskthat was happenlng was met with everyone offerlng In the PTAFA to do all they can,
from supplying sausages and burgers to writing see88w me8S8ges. You have all been truly
fabulous.
The parents also showed great kindness in supporting all our small ventures, We had a great
year wlth smartles tubes bringing in over £900 even though peoples b81ts ar6 getting
unfortun8telytighter due to the ongoing unnecessary war.
What a success the Colour Run w8s. Aterrific dayfin8nci8lly and of course the sun was shlnlng
making it even better. A blg th&nk you to Mrs Mccomb and Mr & Mrs Bownian for 81lth8 hard
work doingthe BBQ.

As w@ enter a Newyear I would appealfor help. l appreclat8 8LI parents are busy but even the
smallest amount of help goes a long way. We obviously need constantvolunteers to arrange
events or help with generatlng income in new and origin81 w8ys, but we also need people to help
on the day SO to speak. If anyone c8nnot commlt to joining the PTAFA ple886 lot us know if you
have any ideas or ifyou could assist with a single event. Many h8nd8 make light work and it 18 all
forthe good of OUR children.
Th8nkyou.
