providing quality childcare from qualified Ghild Gare provid6rs and looking aller their health
and well being on a daily basis.
Following on from this, growing the child's potential during their time under our care and

Providing a reliable and cost ellectiv6 pre pre.school servlce lo th8 parènts, taking account ol
safely, educational and nulrilional issues.
Providing support and guidance lo the parents.
Radlating out from here lo the community al large, providing Iixal facilities that keep the

During this climate ol reduced government funding, the Charity needs lo stand on ils own two
feel, lo continue to achieve the charity's objectives the following strategies have been
id8nlilied..
Increased fundraising will be more important in th6 future as outside funding is more
dillicull lo obtain and inflation increases all our costs.
We féel we have mel our obie¢tives and have adapted quickly to the changing circumstances
faced, particulatarly over the past couple ol years.
We used programmes such as See Saw in order lo engag8 with the children, whilst learning
from home.

The Charity's maln alm is lo enhance the developmènt and education lor children
under slalulory school age, in the Upperlands and surrounding area,

skllled nature ol the work wllh children and to protect the rights ol employees.
