## Activities

**Purposes:** The Charity’s objects (“Objects”) are specifically restricted to the following:	  	 4.1	To enhance the development and education of children between the ages of three months and twelve years (‘the beneficiaries’) in South Armagh and its surrounding environs (‘area of benefit’) in such ways as the directors think fit, including by the provision and management of crèche facilities, after-school and out-of-school activities and programmes including services for families;   4.2	To relieve the needs of children with additional complex needs and their siblings by providing respite schemes in the area of benefit;  4.3	To advance public education by the provision of parenting programmes and by the provision of information and advice on registered childcare provision in the area of benefit;  4.4	To advance any other exclusively charitable purpose related to the promotion, provision, maintenance and enhancement of childcare as the directors may, from time to time, decide in accordance with the law of charity of Northern Ireland.
