I report on the flnanclal statements for the year ended 30 September 2022.

As the charlty's trustee you are responslble forthe preparation of the accounts In accordance with the
Charltles Act (Northern Ireland) 2008. It is my responslblllty to:
examine the accounts under section 65 of the Charltles Act;
to follow the procedures lald down in the general Dlrectlons 8lven by the Charlty
Commission for Northern Ireland under sectlon 6519){b) of the Charities Act; and
to state whether partlcular matters have come to my attentlon.
Basls of Independent examlner's report
I have examlned your charlty accounts as required under sectlon 65 of the Charities Act and my
examlnatlon was carried out In accordance wlth the general Directions glven by the Charlty
Commlsslon for Northern Ireland undersection 65(9llb) of the Charities Act. The examlnatlon Included
a revlew of the accountlng record5 kept by the charlty and a comparison of the accounts presented
with those records. It also included conslderatlon of any unusual Items or disclosures In the account5,
and seeking explanatlons from the trustee concerning any such matter5.
My role Is to state whether any materlal matters have come to my attentlon glvlng me cause to
belleve:
That accountlng records were not kept In accordance with sectlon 63 of the Charitles Act
That the accounts do not accord with those accountlng records
That the accounts do not comply with the accountlng requirements of the Charities Act
That there Is further informatlon needed for a proper understanding of the accounts to be
reached.
