To

R Thiepval Young

Grand Registrar

Trustees of Grand Royal Arch Purple Chapter of Ireland Benevolent Fund have carried out an independent examination of the accounts of Grand Royal Arch Purple Chapter of Ireland Benevolent Fund for the year ended 30" November 2025 as required under section 65 of the Charity Act and in accordance with the general directions given by the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland under section 65 (9) b of the Charities Act and submit the following report. Given that your accounts show an income under £250,000, I have carried out my analysis on the basis of the accounts being Receipts and Payments and can confirm that all vouching documentation such as invoices, receipts and correspondence are complete and in order.

All transactions shown in the accounts has met the accounting and reporting regulations under section 65 of the Charities Act, and I am satisfied that the Trustees Annual Report is consistent with my analysis of the accounts. My examination has also raised no concerns in respect of compliance with the accounting requirements of the Charities Act and no further information is required for a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached, so I am happy that the accounts are consistent with the standard required by the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland.

In conclusion, I have found no matters that require further attention and would thank the Trustees for their cooperation during my examinations.
