1828 PTA Annual Re ort 2023/24 We started the year off with our Halloween disco, music was sorted and played by the pt8 which saved funds on paying out. At Christmas our event was greatly supported again bymany including8 £100 donation fmm the 'Lightfoot family.. The donation helped pta purchase inf18t8ble decorations th8t can be used at Christmas events within the school including Christmas disco. toddlerpaty. decoration forschool plays etc. 'Sant8 c18US this ye8r kindly donated his fee to the Foyle hospice. This was warmly W81comed. A quiz was held down 8t the Drummond hotel. Ballykelly for all th8 family. Our raffle received manygr88t donations /gifts for the event. A big thankyou for all the local busin8sses. In the warmer months 'frozen fridays: Summerfestand sports day were all supported well, providing vast funds that helped cover the transport for the school trips (p1-p7) 8nd numerous well neededpieces outdoorp18y equipment. Anotherproductive year with lots of hard work. Thankyou to everyone who comes along to either help orsupport8t these events. We continue to holdno 8ssets or liabilities. Confirmed by."
