## **Trustees’ Report** 

The trustees present the annual report and statement of Receipts and Payments and Assets and Liabilities for Parents and Friends of Rosstulla School for the year ended 30 June 2025. 

## **Objects of the Charity** 

The charitable purpose of Parents and Friends of Rosstulla School is to support the pupils of Rosstulla School through fundraising, the provision of resources, support for school activities and enhancement of the educational and social experience of children attending the school. 

## **Activities of the Charity** 

During the year the Association continued fundraising activity through ASDA Cashpot, Easyfundraising and summer fundraising activity. 

## **Achievements, Performance and Public Benefit** 

During the year the Association continued fundraising and support activities for the benefit of pupils attending Rosstulla School. 

Expenditure during the year was limited and primarily related to Parentkind membership and bank charges, enabling the Association to maintain governance arrangements and retain funds for future pupil support activities. 



The trustees believe these activities provided public benefit by supporting the continued operation of the Association and maintaining resources for the future benefit of pupils attending Rosstulla School. 

## **Financial Review** 

The principal source of income during the year was fundraising activity and Easyfundraising income. 

Total receipts for the year amounted to £1,560.28, with total payments of £336.30, resulting in a closing balance of £7,306.98 as at 30 June 2025. 

Parents and Friends of Rosstulla School had an excess of receipts over payments of £1,223.98 for the year ended 30 June 2025. 

## **Structure, Governance and Management** 

Parents and Friends of Rosstulla School is managed by a committee of trustees responsible for the governance and administration of the Association. 

The Association continued to operate under the Parentkind Northern Ireland model constitution adopted in October 2023. 

The accounts for the year ended 30 June 2025 have been independently reviewed by Jeremy Adams, who is independent of the committee. 

## **Statement of Trustees’ Responsibilities** 

The trustees are responsible for preparing the Trustees’ Annual Report and the statement of Receipts and Payments in accordance with applicable charity requirements.
