**Purposes:** The Association is established to advance community development for the benefit of the inhabitants of the Scraghey area and its environs ("the area of benefit") in any exclusively charitable way under the law of Northern Ireland, but in particular by: ?	Aiding in the social, economic and environmental development of the area, and; ?	Providing facilities in the interests of social welfare, for recreation or other leisure-time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of life for the inhabitants without distinction of age, sex, race, political, religious or other opinion.
