Trevor Mclyeill, Mr. Robert McKee, Mr. Thomas McBride JOHN CAREY'S CHARITY seeks to apply the income from investments by way of grant to assist in the relief of those in need by reason of youth, age, ill health, disability and financial hardship, the advancement of religion and the advancement of education. The Trustees have had regard to the Charity Commission's Public Benefit Requirements Statutory Guidance. By reason of temporary suspension of the bank account there has been no income for the year 2023 and following reinstatement of the bank account the income has been credited to the bank account in the year 2024. Other than payment of bank fees the Trustees have made no payments during the year of the Report. There is no fund held by the Charity that is in deficit. The Charity is constituted and governed by a Scheme of Management fomiing an Order out of the High Court of Justice in Northern Ireland which identifies the parties to benefit from the grants to which reference has been made above.
