  1. That there is fiwther infomiation needed for a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached. Independent Examiner's Qualified Statement I have completed my examination and I have identified matters of concern in respect of areas (l) to (3) listed above. The receipts and payments accounts submitted by the TTU5tees show cash received in the year. In fact the accounts reflect the entitlement of the Trust to various monies during the course of the year arising from dividend payments. However certain of the dividend cheques appear to have gone astray or remained unc&shed with the result that the receipt of the said dividends were not recoTded in the bank account. All these dividends have now been traced, reissu¢d and have been paid into the bat& account. The account has been reconciled and atl monies to which the Charity is entitled is now lodged in the bank account. I have been provided with adequate banking records to confinn the above. I hav¢ also been PTovided with allocation schedules prepared in accordance with the distributions set out in the Scheme of Management of the Charity and have been advised that the Trustees intend to make distributions in accordance with these schedules shortly to bring matters up to date. In connection with matter (4), and in following the Directions of the Charity Conllnission for Northern Ireland, I have found no other matters that require drawing to your attention.
