Unaudited Financial Statements of The Cabbage Patchers
I report on the accounts of The Cabbage Patchers for the year ended 30 June 2019 set out on
pages 2 to 13.
Respective Responsibilities of Directors and Independent Examiner
The charitys directors are responsible for the Preparation of the accounts. Having satssfied
myseIf that the charity is not subject to audit under company law and is eligible for
independent examination. it is my responsibility to state. on the basis of my examination.
whether particular matters have come to my attention.
Basis of Independent Examinefs Staternent
My examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a
comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It aIso includ&s consideration of
any unusual items or dxsclosures in the accounts. and seeking explanations from you as
director5 ioncerning any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the
evidence that would ￿ required in an audiL and CODsquently I do not express an audit
opinion on the view given by the accounts.

to keep proper accounttng record5 in accordance with section 386 of
Companies Act 2006.. and
to prepare accounts which accord with the accounling records, comply with
