with the Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2(K)8.
It is my responsibility to:
Examin¢ the accounts under section 65 of the Charities Act
Follow th¢ procedures laid down in the general dircclions given by the Commission under
section 65 (9) (b) of the Cbarities Act
State whether particular matters hav¢ com¢ to my attention.

I bavc examined your charity accounts as rcquired under section 65 of the Charitics Act and my
examination was ¢atried out in accordance with the genernl directions ￿Ven by the Charity
CommissioTh for Northem Ireland under section 65 (9) (b) of th¢ Charities Act.
My cxamination included a review of th¢ accounting records kept by the charity and a
prepardtion of the accounts from those records. It also included CO￿lderatiOll of any unusual
itsn]s or disclosuru in the accounts, and seeking explanations from you as charity trustecs
concerning any such matter&
My role is to state wbether any material matters have come to my attentiOD giving me ca￿se to
believe:
l. That accounting records were not kept in accordance with sertion 63 of the Charities Act
2. That the accounts do not accord with those accounting T￿OrdS
3. That the accounts do not comply with the a¢o)unting requirements of the Charities Act
4. That there is further information needed for a proper Understsnding of the accounts to be
