## Activities

**Purposes:** The Company is established for the relief of people in North Belfast (hereinafter called "the area of benefit") who are in conditions of poverty, sickness and distress arising directly from bereavement/trauma through civil unrest, violence, sexual or physical abuse (hereinafter called "survivors of trauma"), to advance public education in matters relating to bereavement/trauma, to promote the preservation and protection of health and to provide facilities in the interests of social welfare with the object of improving the conditions of life for such people.

**What the charity does:** The prevention or relief of poverty,The advancement of education,The advancement of human rights, conflict resolution or reconciliation or the promotion of  religious or racial harmony or equality and diversity,The relief of those in need by reason of youth, age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage
