As the charlfy trustees of the Company {and also Its dirertors for the pUr￿eS of cornpany lawl. you are responsible for the
preparation of the accounts in accordance wlth the requlrements of Companles Art 2006.
Having satisfied myself that the accounts of the Company are not required to be audited under Part 16 of the 2006 Act and
are eligible for independeT)t exarnination, I report in respect of my Èxamination of your charity's account5 as carried out
under section 65 of the Charities Ad. In carrying Dut my examination I have followed th& general Directions given by the
Chariiv Commigsion for Northem Ireland under section 65{9llbl of the cha￿tieS Act.
