**Purposes:** 1.The promotion for the public benefit of urban or rural regeneration in areas of social and economic deprivation and in particular the town lands of Aughnahoory, Aughnaloopy, Ballinran, Leitrim and Carrigenagh, Kilkeel, Co. The preservation of buildings or sites of historic or architectural importance to the community 6. The provision therein, where possible, of activities relevant to the objects of the Company 7.
