During the year the Trustees ensured the continued availability to the public of access to the War Memorial and the Memorial Garden in Limavady.
The continued availability to the public of access to the War Memorial and the Memorial Garden in Limavady provided a benefit to the relatives of people from the Town and District of Limavady who served in the Great War and subsequent conflicts. The Trustees accept that a private benefit may have arisen to Trustees who are themselves relatives of people who served in the Great War and subsequent conflicts but this was incidental to the public benefit provided.
The Trustees had regard to the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland’s guidance on public benefit.
