**Purposes:** (1)	OBJECTS The objects for which the Company is established are: -   (a)	To advance education in the Irish language among children and adults in the New Lodge, Antrim Road area and its environs of North Belfast and Co Antrim (hereinafter called the area of benefit’’) and in particular to: (b)	To advance education in the Irish language, arts and culture; among people and groups of all ages, backgrounds and abilities in a spirit of tolerance and inclusiveness. (c)	To educate the general public by promoting awareness of, and research into the history, folklore and cultural heritage of the area of benefit. (d)	To promote Irish indigenous/traditional music, song and dance in all their forms.
