## Notes re 2021/22 Income and Expenditure 

- 1 Programme activities were significantly curtailled in 2020/21 and 2021/22 due to the Covid-19 emergency. The committee decided not to invite annual subscriptions for 2021/22 due to uncertainties regarding the possibility of providing a programme. 

- 2 "Review" is published on alternate years, hence publishing costs are irregular. 

- 3 The Society has no assets, material unpaid expenses or liabilities.
