Financial Summary The accounts are prepared on a cash basis and therefore record income and expenditure at the time a transaction occurs. A deficit of £742.66 was recorded for the year. 2. Income Funds were generated in the year from a very 5ucce55ful Golf competition and social event generating income from both sponsorship and ballot tickets. Other income was generated from the annual Summer Fete and Christmas card collection as well as some donations. 3. Expenditure The donations made by the PTA included the cost of an interactive white board and trolley, leaver's hoodies, camera equipment, and maintenance of the school grounds.
