**Purposes:** The Charity's objects are, or the public benefit:  (1) to promote the benefit of the inhabitants of Ballykelly and district area of County Derry and it's environs without distinction of age, sex, race, political, religious or other opinion, by collaborating with and supporting the statutory authorities, voluntary organisations and inhabitants in a common effort to advance education and relieve those in need by reason of poverty, financial hardship, youth, age or other disadvantage;  (2) to provide facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation or other leisure-time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants;  (3) to establish or to secure the establishment of an integrated community facility and to maintain and manage it or to co-operate with any local statutory authority in the maintenance and management of such a facility for activities promoted by the charity and it's constituent bodies in furtherance of the above objects.   The charity shall be non-party in politics and non-sectarian in religion.
