You have approved the accounts for the year ended 31st March 2024 which comprises the Statement of Financial Activities, Balance Sheet and related notes.  In accordance with your instruction, we have compiled these unaudited accounts from the accounting records and information supplied to us. 

## **Independent examiners statement** 

I have examined the accounts for the year ended 31 March 2024. 

In connection with my examination, no matter has come to my attention: 

- (i) which gives me reasonable cause to believe, in any material respect, that the requirement to keep proper accounting records in accordance with Section 63 of the Charities Act (Northern Ireland) has not been kept; or, 

- (ii) (ii) to which, in my opinion, attention should be drawn in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
