The club is open to all ages from five upwards. The club runs tournaments, offers training and coaching and provides facilities for people to get involved in healthy recreational activities.  The club works with local schools and the local community to promote physical fitness, mental and emotional strength, self discipline and self confidence. b.\tto advance the education of adults in the area of benefit by the provision of facilities, courses, training, programmes, and resources to enable, assist and encourage the education of persons in the coaching of sport and physical recreation for the benefit of the beneficiaries.
