----- All office bearers were returned unanimously. Desi Hill did offer to step down if anyone else felt they could commit more time to secretarial work and fundraising but he was asked by the committee to stay in position and help Donna McGrogan learn the ropes with intention of taking over at next AGM in 2018.
----- Honorary President Eddie Lee welcomed John McGuinness back into the senior committee. John took over from Paul McCullough in October 2017, who had to step down due to ill-health. Eddie welcomed John back to the position and said that he was the ideal person to take on the role. John had previously served as chairperson for 10 years, but stepped down due to personal reasons.
----- Treasurer Terry Hill raised concerns about the lack of funding opportunities and it was agreed by all present that a greater effort was required from everyone.
----- All coaches were voted in to remain in their existing roles within the juvenile and senior section of the club.
---- All committee meetings would take place on the first Thursday of each month
----- Next meeting confirmed for Thursday 2 November at 7.30pm at club
