Meeting was chaired by paul mc Cullough minutes arising
from last year
Terry Hill address the body of the hall with his report which
will now go to club accountant in general the club was
sustainable though out 2015/16 but because of ongoing
success more funding was required to help all projects within
club.

Desi Hill addressed the hall also in relation to all coaching and
work within the community he required more help from
funders and volunteers within the club to help all programs
under taken within the club
Paul mc Cullough also stated that the younger members were
a credit to the club and had fully engaged in all activities
within the club
ALL THE NEW STRUCTURES WHICH WERE AGREED AT AN
EARLIER COACHES MEETING WERE A GREAT SUCESSS AND
TEAMWORK HAS BEEN EVIDENTSINCE
The youth committee was delighted with all the training
programs and coaching
All officers were returned for another year
Next meeting as usual first Tuesday every month 7pm
