disabilily. financial haTdship or oiher disadvaniag?e ihrouuh ihe provision ofcommunit) led access solulions in
Ihe Nonh Coasi area. NCCT meeis our chariiable purwses ihrough the prn)vision of wholly charitable transport
s()luiiuns lor beneficiaries who are unable loaccess conventional public or private transpori because ufagie. rural
lo¢aiion. mobiliiy issues and poverty. Beneficiaries include people who are.. elderly. Fwtr. disabled. peoplL> witl)
younky ¢hildr¢n. or those livinbj in isolai¢d areas and for communii)" or&Janisaiions. where ¢h¢re ar¢ no iidequa¢e
public transport facilities.
NCCT s¢¢ures grants and donalioThs lo supwn provision of subsidised iransport for beneficiaries. NCCT
delivers Services usingF communily minibuses and volunteer car drivers. NCC'I- provides infomiation to enable
people to avail of various nieans of trnvel to enable access to local services. working in partnership with other
transport providLrs to ensure altemaiives and linkagjes to oiher services.
Achievement5 and Performance
ThL J'¢ar ?0?4125 has ￿en a busj" one with lh¢ various s¢rvi¢es growing steadily. Th¢ Dial-a-lift trips increased
by almost 1000 additional trip on the previous year and over all services irips increased b) 18.324. Wilh the
Wheels?Wellbeing service finishing in Jul). 2025. H'e were delighied to report ihat ￿e exceeded the target for
trip dclivcry for thc duraiion of thc project. The ¢valualion of thi5 proj¢cl was significant in highlighting th
need for the service within the communit) and forniulating dats that can be presented to government officials.
We have recruited an additional 4 new minibus drivers ￿50 to assist Mith the delivery of our services and we
arc ¢onlinuing to grow our volunt¢¢rs thi5 )'¢ar.
Financial RevieTh'
The statement of financial activilies for the year is sei oui on ￿ge 10 of the financial siaiemenis.
The prinLipal funderof the charity is the Departhient for Infrdsiruciure ihrough Ihe Rural TransrMIrt Fund. During
the period ended 3 Isi March ?O?i. incoming resources includes grdnt income of £387.692 from the Rural
Transport Fund.

The amount received from Departnient for Infrastructure in resW of the a5Si5ted rural transwrt Scheme was
£113,124. During th¢ year the Company also re¢eived funding of £420.028 from Motability and the majoril), of
Ihis funding w'as expended on the purchase of new vehicles. Grdnr funding of £64.iS0 w'as received from
National Lottery in respect of the Wheels 2 Welli￿l￿g project and fundin¥ of £131,878 was received froin
Disability Action.
All grani funding has been used solely for the purwses intended and in accordan¢¢ with the terms and
condiiions of gTant.

The trustees have reviewed the charity's requirements for reserves in conjunction with their analysis of the niain
risks for the company. At 31" MarLh 2025 the charity held reserves of £1.651.270 of which £804,152 were
resiricied Ilinds. Thei, have established a reserves poli¢y w'hich sthies thai Ihe unresiricled funds not invested in
