Company law requires tlie directors to prepare financial statements for each financial year. that givc a true and
fair view of Éhe stale of the aifairs of the cliaritable company and of the incoming resources and application of
resources, including tlie income and expenditure, of lh¢ choritable company for thai period. In prcparing these
finllncial statements, the directors are required to:
