**Purposes:** a) to promote the health and education of the beneficiaries by providing or assisting in the provision of equipment, facilities and recreational services in an educational environment ancillary to those provided by the statutory authorities;  b)foster more extended relationships between the staff, parents and others  who befriend the School.  c)	to promote activities which support the School and the education 	(including social, physical and vocational training) of the beneficiaries in such ways as the Committee may from time to time, decide in accordance with the law of charity.
