## **St Joseph’s Parent Teacher Association 2022-3 Trustees Report** 

The PTA remains an extremely active group of parents who support the school in the purchase of much needed resources to support the delivery of the curriculum.  As a school we very much appreciate their efforts. A new Committee was appointed for the year 2022-3 with Alison Muir and Emmylou Breslin continuing as co-chairs. 

Some very successful events were organised to fundraise and help support the school. 

This year the PTA raised **£9,886** through their fundraising efforts 

- Quiz night £359 

- • Christmas Cards £299 • Christmas Ballot and Bazaar £7,316 • Change for Change £1,912 

**Other income:** 

£2,422 was received from LCC for the school and was used to purchase ipads. 

## **Total Income  2022-23: £12,309** 

## **Expenditure:** 

The PTA also provided the following to the school: Christmas Bazaar expenses                £1,665 Halloween costs £11 PTA UK £140 Panto transport (bus)                           £2,635 Sports Day costs £218 P7 Autograph Books                           £359 iPads                                                    £4,280 Quiz costs £82 Signage                                                £2,205
