rildar Prlmar School PTA Trustee's Annual Re Finandal Year: 1° Septsmber 2023 to 31" August 2024 Summary of main actlvltles and maln achievements In the year During the year, the PTA held 3 main fundraising events, Pumpkin Patch at Halloween, the Annual Christmas Fair and an Auction and Race Night. All 3 of these events were well supported by Parents and Friends of the School and were thoroughly enjoyed by all that attended. These events provided the majority of the income for the year. Thisyearthe PTAfunded Spanish Lessons forthe entire School as well as fundingthe Charanga Musical School Licence. The PTA also used funds raised to purchase planter boxes and outdoor supplies for the new outdoor sensory area which is being set-up. In addition to the above, the PTA funded a special Christmas Event forthe pupils which included a visit from a Magician and also arranged a Valentines disco, these events were really enjoyed by all who attended. The Trustees have had regard to the Cornmissioners Public Health benefit requirement statutory guidance.
